CONTINUING EDUCATION OF PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS IN THE MUNICIPAL NETWORK OF PENDENCIAS/RN.

The present work has as its object of study to discuss the continuing education of Portuguese Language teachers in the municipal teaching network of Pendências/RN. In order to do so, we will seek to answer the following problematizing question: what are the formative processes in which Portuguese teachers in the final years of Elementary School are immersed in order to carry out their teaching work? In order to answer this question, we will seek to understand how the formative processes occur in their most diverse spheres within the school routine and, with this, identify the possible tensions and conflicts that may be generated between the political-pedagogical objectives of these formations and the reality that is experienced. daily by Portuguese teachers of the aforementioned network. In this sense, we assume the theoretical-methodological approach of research in/of/with everyday life, for which subjects are continually formed in contexts of everyday practices - space-time of interrogation, dialogues and action that help in the reflection and re-signification of their knowledge- do. The methodological route will be followed by conversation circles, as a procedure in the research, as we understand that these will meet our investigative needs with our collaborating subjects. We will seek to recognize, at the end of the research, different spaces-times, which are capable of producing knowledge on a daily basis.
