RESUMO:

This research aims to analyze how the teacher discursively constitutes himself as the subject-researcher in his training process in the Professional Master's Degree in Languages (PROFLETRAS), when producing the proposal of pedagogical intervention as an integral section of the methodology chapter. The theoretical and methodological orientation that guides our investigative path comes from Bakhtin's Circle studies on some of the phenomena that contribute to the discursive constitution of the researcher-subject, such as language, act, voices, alterity, discourse, dialogicity. Other references are added to this proposal, which were integrated to the research, as they proved to be indispensable to the analysis and interpretation of data. Having said that, we rely theoretically on Bakhtin (2003, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017a, 2017b, 2019); Medviédev (2019); Volóchinov (2017, 2019); Geraldi (2015, 2019), Miotello (2017, 2018), Brait (2007, 2012, 2014), Amorim (2004, 2014), Ponzio (2008), among others. The path of the methodological trajectory that guides the survey and the organization of the data is the research of interpretativist nature, privileging the qualitative approach. Our work contemplates, therefore, the analysis of the methodological chapter in which is inserted the pedagogical intervention of 05 dissertations of professors of the Professional Master's in Letters (PROFLETRAS), published in the site of the University of the State of Rio Grande do Norte - Campus Pau dos Ferros (UERN). Among other findings, the analysis gesture lets us see, so far, that the master teachers of PROFLETRAS weave in their researches together with other voices and, in the act of pedagogical intervention, they constitute themselves as researchers.
