RESUMO:

The Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) is the implementation of the principles of the National Policy on Mental Health, Alcohol and Drugs, replacing asylum care with community-based care focused on the concept of territory. In Brazil, the pandemic touted existing problems such as social inequality, populations living in risky conditions of housing and sanitation, without access to water and in agglomeration situation, emerging discussions about territory and the health-disease process that is common at different levels. intervention of public health and psychosocial care policies to be fragmented from this context. The study aims to analyze how the RAPS is structured and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the VI Health Region of Rio Grande do Norte. From the perspective of investigating scientific evidence from the dialogue between territorialization, vulnerability and SDGs; to verify the composition and intersectoral articulation of the RAPS foreseen in the State and Municipal Health Plans in the VI Health Region; understand the relationship between integrality in mental health care and the SDGs (3, 6); to prepare a map indicating the main points of the RAPS in the VI Health Region and the municipalities that these services cover. This is a descriptive and documentary study with a qualitative approach, it will be carried out in 03 municipalities of the VI Region of RN, it will have the health secretaries and RAPS professionals as study participants, a semi-structured interview script was prepared and for data analysis Bardin's content analysis technique. The research will have ethical judgment by the Ethics and Research Committee CEP/UERN supported by the principles of ethics in research, following resolution 466 of December 2012.
