RESUMO:

The justification for choosing the theme of this research paper involves discussions about the dynamics of public policies and the configuration of the Transfer of Income in Brazil (PTRB) through the arrangements of universality and non-conditionalities married to our life story, here briefly recorded. We are also interested in understanding the object of study under discussion - the forms of resistance to the implementation of the Transfer of Basic Income of Universal and Unconditional Citizenship (TRBCUI).
