HEALTH IN THE COUNTRYSIDE: AN ANALYSIS ON THE HEALTH OF RURAL WORKERS IN THE SEMI-ARID COUNTRYSIDE

The general objective of this study is to understand the perceptions of rural workers regarding health care practices developed during their production process. And as specific, Describe access to health services from the perspective of rural workers; Check which strategies are used to cope with diseases; and Identify the implementation of public policies on access to health for this population; This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, with rural workers as a population, all residents of localities belonging to the municipality of Ereré, in the interior of the state of Ceará, whose job is activities related to agriculture and/or livestock. Data collection will take place in the following stage: Initially, a socio-demographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with rural workers will be applied, with pre-defined topics to assist in the conduct of the interview. Qualitative data analysis will be performed according to Bardin's content analysis method. The research follows the recommendations of resolutions 466/12 and 510/16 of the National Health Council and their complementary ones.
