RESUMO:

Cultural production consists of creating the environment and the necessary conditions for the work with art to be developed. In this sense, public or private agents can act to promote culture. However, local artists are not always included in this context of cultural diffusion and territorial dynamics, combined with social and political issues, for example, can influence inclusion or exclusion processes. The general objective of this work is to understand how the territorial dynamics of cultural production acted in the configuration of cultural diffusion spaces in Pau dos Ferros/RN between 2003 and 2023. This is a qualitative study, based on a descriptive research. , with an ethnographic approach that will be held in the city of Pau dos Ferros/RN with cultural producers and local culture makers. Data will be collected using the technique of semi-structured interviews applied through focus groups. The collected information will be analyzed according to Bardin's content analysis.
