RESUMO:

The objective of this study is to identify the profile of workers first employment and the 

respective income differentials between the northeastern states. A analysis emphasizes 

the sex of workers as a fundamental aspect for understand the dynamics of income 

composition. To do this, use the RAIS microdata - Annual Social Information List of the 

Ministry of Labor 2022. A set of three estimation methods will be used. The first method

 consists of Logistic Regression, aiming to identify the characteristics of the profile 

of workers in their first job. The second method is the Wage Equation Mincerianas, 

used to determine salary composition. Finally, the third method employed is the 

Recent Influence Function Regression, which allows analyzing the salary composition 

at different points in the income distribution. The expectation is that the results 

obtained identify different 

profiles for workers in first job, by sex and between the northeastern states. The 

main contribution of this study is to provide empirical instruments that characterize 

the profile of workers in first job, by sex and mainly a comparative analysis between 

states.
