RESUMO:

The research aims to answer the question: "What are the implications of (re)produced content on children's YouTube channels in the learning of YouTuber children?", knowing the themes addressed by children in videos produced by them for their YouTube channels, identifying children's protagonism in these and understanding how this produced content implies and reflects children's learning. The proposed objectives will be achieved through a case study with youtubers children, students from public and private schools in peripheral regions of the Mossoró city, aged between 8 and 9 years old, using interviews-conversations as methodological tools. In addition, a netnographic study will also be carried out on the videos on the YouTube channels of the children participants. A state of the art and a bibliographic study have already been carried out, in which we reflect on contemporary childhood and its relationship with emerging digital culture and digital media, specifically the YouTube platform, knowing more about the platform and the possibilities of interaction that it provides to its users, and discussing a little about the concept of media education and the need to think about it in view of the popularization of information on the networks. The research, so far, has been carried out in order to qualify and expand the theoretical methodologically the understanding of the authors that bring possibilities of systematization and connection with the methodological choices and instruments to be applied during this research. We intend to sharpen the look at the data to come, based on the authors studied, and that the research will contribute to the educational processes in the school environment, in this understanding of the relationship between digital culture, digital media and the daily life of children at school.
