RESUMO:

This study aims to understand the moments that constitute the professional life of teachers working in
schools with multiyear classes in the municipality of Pau dos Ferros/RN, by identifying the moments that
marked their trajectories. The research is qualitative and the methodological approach will be in dialogue
with the narrative research and the (auto)biographical study. 06 teachers will be interviewed, who are
working in multiyear classes in the municipality of Pau dos Ferros/RN. The narratives will be collected
through the writing of life and training narratives, and subsequently analyzed, seeking to identify the
different moments that constituted the professional trajectories and the defining moments of their lives,
especially those related to the formative processes and the relationship with rural education . This qualitative
research will be based on the principles of Lüdke and André (1986), epistemologically based on
autobiographical research in education, supported by Ferrarotti (2010, 2014), Passeggi (2010, 2011), Josso
(2009, 2010) Delory-Momberger ( 2012), Souza (2006), Rocha (2012), To address the issue of rural
education, we will have Vighi (2014, Faria e Souza (2016), Arroyo (2006), Souza (2008), Freire (1996),
Santos (2020), Caldart (2012 ), Placco (2010 ) among others. This research will seek to give voice to teachers
who teach in multiyear classes, in rural education in the municipality of Pau dos Ferros/RN, giving them the
opportunity to reflect on their training path through life and training narratives and to look at their practices and experiences in multiyear classrooms
